Repair & Redecorate Properties

As you previously paid for our keyholding service we have been pro-actively maintaining your property to our new property service standard since the 1st July and Nuno will have sent a report to you in June, service confirmation for July and is currently sending service confirmations for August.

At the current time you therefore have two options to consider:

1) Pay the Euro 150 initial fee (per property) using the link below. (In September we will send out a separate link so that you can set up your ongoing Euro 65 service fee which will then be automatically debited every month thereafter).

2) Your property does need repairing and redecorating and CVPS previously sent you a detailed quotation for the required works in 2019. If you would like Ponta Sambra to provide you with an updated actionable quotation please order this by paying Euro 25 for our Quote Request Service (per property) and we will send you an actionable Quotation within 10 days. (We do not anticipate any significant change from your previous quotation but do need to check each works element).

NB If you also have an “Off-Grid Property” you will receive a separate email for that property - as your Off-Grid Property is Fully Redecorated.
