In order to get Sambala Village active in accordance with our Step-by-Step Plan we need to be able to pro-actively maintain and progress as many privately owned properties as possible.

If this is of interest to you that at the current time you have three options to consider to progress your property:

1) Pay the Euro 150 initial fee (per property) using the details at bottom left. (In September we will send out a separate link so that you can set up your ongoing Euro 65 service fee which will then be automatically debited every month thereafter).

2) Pay the Euro 100 lock change fee (per property) using the details at bottom centre. (We do not have your keys and as such we cannot enter into your property without replacing the door locks.)

3) Pay for a detailed Property Inspection / Utilities Testing Report to fully understand the condition of your property and any impact on your neighbours. This service also provides you with an actionable detailed quotation for any required repair/redecoration works to bring the property back to an as new condition and ready for connection to mains utilities at the end of the year. This service is available to order using the details below at bottom right and as the price is based on property type -please make sure you select the correct option.
